Large recreation room has entertainment center (32” cable-TV, VCR, DVD, CD with stereo sound system), large refrigerator/freezer, dinette/game table, wall phone, kid's picnic table, stroller, ping pong table, foosball table and double futon, plenty of game sets, cards and puzzles for all ages. The Rec Room is uniquely decorated to a taste of the ocean and lighthouse features.

Large bedroom with two (2) pyramid bunk beds (a total of 2 full and 2 twin beds) and semi-private full bath. This room is also furnished with a large dresser and uniquely decorated for children.

You will walk out from the Rec Room to a private 14’ x 28’ pool (heating optional) which is surrounded by fence and safety gates, and furnished with plenty of chairs and lounge chases for relaxation and sunbathing. A poolside large hot-tub/jaccuzi (accomodates 6 adults) is a cozy gathering place at any time, especially in the evening when you may also enjoy the brilliant stars and night breeze. An outdoor, enclosed shower with hot water provides a refreshing convenience after swimming in the pool or the ocean.

A picnic table and outdoor BBQ grill by the poolside provides a desirable setting for a casual family outdoor gathering. Plenty of non-breakable serving ware is supplied for safe eating and drinking around the pool side.

An enclosed garage with an automatic door is attached to the Game room with a 3’ door for wheelchair access.
